NAZGOL SEYEDI, Allied ASID, the founder and principal designer of Nazgol Designs discovered her "gene" for art and design at a very young age. Growing up with a poet/entrepreneur father, a designer and artist mother, and two older artist sisters at home, her soul was carved into being an entrepreneurial romantic! She spent most of her free time reading, painting, sculpting, redecorating her room and helping her mom to move the furniture around. During school years, she had design sketches of clothes, shoes, jewelry, and furniture on all her school books; and before finishing her first college degree, she had already exhibited several jewelry and clothes collections, as well as custom-build furniture pieces.

Nazgol started her career as an interior designer in 1998. Her ancient Persian heritage and her deep passion for travelling have made her familiar with different cultures and lifestyles in Europe, Middle East, India, and the United States; which inspire her eclectic yet edgy and contemporary designs. Nazgol believes great design signifies dealing with a challenge and solving a problem with aesthetic, functionality, technology, and innovation.

Nazgol graduated as the valedictorian of her class with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Interior Designers Institute, in Newport Beach, California. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Translation, and a Certificate degree in Interior Architecture & Design.

Nazgol lives in Orange County, California with her husband and baby boy, and she has a huge admiration for art and a great passion for furniture design.

Nazgol is serving as President on the board of the American Society of Interior Designers, Orange County Chapter (ASID OC).
